The Foundation is registered as a limited liability company with a Board of Directors which meets each month to formulate policies, receive operational, administrative and financial reports from management and approve projects for implementation.

The Board comprises a Chairman and representatives of the four local donors. Current directors are:-

Warwick Pleass - Managing Director, Pleass Beverages and Packaging - Chairman

Aslam Khan – Managing Director, Vodafone Fiji

David Roth - Director of External Affairs and Development, FIJI Water

John Cashmore - General Manager, Westpac Banking Corporation

Mohammed Ashif Razak - Managing Director, Golden Manufacturers Limited

Other members include Bruce Sutton , Partner KPMG who is Treasurer and the incumbent President of the Rotary.

Foundation Administration Officer Resina Koroi serves as Secretary.
