The Foundation is registered as a limited liability company with a Board of Directors which meets each month to formulate policies, receive operational, administrative and financial reports from management and approve projects for implementation.

The Board comprises a Chairman and representatives of the four local donors. Current directors are:-

Aslam Khan – Managing Director, Vodafone Fiji - Chairman

David Roth - Director of External Affairs and Development, FIJI Water

Jason Stephens - General Manager, Westpac Banking Corporation

Kanti Punja - Managing Director, Punja & Sons Limited

Others include Warwick Pleass, past Rotary District Governor, Bruce Sutton , Partner KPMG who is also Treasurer and Simon Suren , President of the Rotary Club of Suva East

Joel Sahai serves as Secretary to the Board.
