The Construction Managers role is to manage the day-to-day construction of the projects, plan develop and execute construction effort to formulate most cost-effective plan to ensure timely completion within budget.
Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction, monitor and report on project in a timely manner
Ensure all changes to work scope and drawings are documented, review man-hours and duration forecasts for project completion and perform any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
The potential candidate will have a Degree in Civil/Water Engineering, 5-8 years relevant experience in construction and plumbing works and ability to travel as and when required in rural communities.
Experience in water engineering will be added advantage. Group 2 driving licence.
